Your Role:

As our Sales Executive, you will:

  • Generate organic leads and cultivate referrals from marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client list to maximize sales revenue.
  • Provide high-quality customer support, guiding clients in their product choices with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Stay organized, leveraging technology to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Create detailed quotes and manage orders with precision.
  • Collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and operational teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Engage in networking events, trade shows, and follow-up activities to build lasting relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of a degree and three years of sales experience.
  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle conflicts and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.
  • Comfort using a laptop, mobile phone, and tablet for various tasks.

Sales Admin

Job Details:
– Report your daily work via Whatsapp, Zalo, or Email
– Receive and process purchase orders or requests from customers.
– Verify orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
– Expedite orders through internal liaison.
– Provide product information to customers quickly and accurately (price, samples, designs, specifications, technical drawings, product announcements, sales contracts, delivery plans, debits, etc.)
– Support the Sales Department with other administrative tasks.
– Direct feedbacks from customers to relevant departments.
– Work closely with Warehouse Team to make daily delivery plans and records.
– Record arising problems related to the purchasing and selling of goods and report to management levels to provide timely solutions to customers (product defects, broken products, product compensation, etc….)
– Conduct customer surveys on product and service quality and record customer feedback to submit to BOD to improve products and services.
– Update customers’ purchase and sales data according to the company system fully and exactly.
– Contact customers by phone or email to answer their queries and obtain the missing information.
– Maintain and update sales and customer records.
– Compile the weekly, monthly, and yearly Sales reports and Sales revenues.
– Attend meetings, exhibitions, fairs, etc… as required.
– Perform other tasks or reports as assigned by management levels.
Salary: Negotiable
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience working in the position of NV Sales Admin or similar positions. Agile, careful & able to work under pressure.
• Skilled in making sales reports. Skilled in handling & solving work.
Skilled in negotiation & persuasion. Have organizational & time management skills. Willing to travel (if any).

Sales Executive

Job Details:
– Find new customers, develop potential customers.
– Meet or call, email customers to introduce the company’s products. – Implement effective sales strategies to achieve required sales. Track & process quotes, orders, contracts, payments, liabilities, product specifications, product designs, technical drawings, etc. at the request of customers.
– Provide timely & effective pre- & after-sales support to customers.
Resolve customer related issues.
– Care & visit customers before & after sales.
– Attend meetings, exhibitions, fairs, etc. as required.
– Prepare sales reports as required.
– Support with relevant departments to handle sales work.
– Perform other tasks or reports as assigned by management levels.
Salary: Negotiable
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– At least 2 years of experience as a sales assistant or relevant industry.
– English communication.
– Dynamic, confident, enthusiastic, having sales & persuasion skills, flexible problem solving motion.
– Willing to travel as required.
